# Acruvo Refund Policy

Acruvo subscriptions are billed through PayPal Subscriptions.

## Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from PayPal at any time. Your paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

## Refunds

If Acruvo does not work for your supported email account during your first 7 days on a paid plan, contact hello@acruvo.app with your account email and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal. Refund availability may depend on PayPal rules, account status, and abuse checks.

## Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be refused for repeated abuse, policy violations, or usage after a successful billing period where the service was available.
